to start off with, this is my Grandma's recipe for pasta Pesto (Pesto Josephine). You'll need: one jar premade pesto(contandina works fine) one box cream cheese one pound pasta (long) one large pot first off, boil water for pasta. break pasta in half, then put into boiling water. when pasta is done(take a piece out of the pot and cut it in half, then try it. if it is soft, its done) pour off most of the water, than add the Pesto. stir in. then put in around half the cream cheese, cover and cook for one to two more minutes(until creamy and smooth)serves four | |||||||||||||||||||||||

This is another easy recipe. It's a cold appetizer served with olive oil, salt and basil leaves sprinkled on top. You'll need: one mozzerelle cheese one ripe tomato slice the tomato and mozzerelle cheese, and put in alternating order. One cheese slice, one tomato slice, etc. Then pour one a small covering of olive oil, some salt, and sliced basil leaves. Thats it. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
